- Cancellation of a service before it has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Services that have already been delivered.
- Delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or customs delays.
2. Initiating a Refund Request
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the issue. Provide the following information:

- Reason for the refund request.

3. Returns Policy (Applicable for Products)
If you’ve purchased a physical product, returns are accepted if:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return is initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or special-order items.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
4. Return Process
To return an item:
- Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number.
- Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Provide photos or evidence of the damage or defect to expedite resolution.
